My Story

Noah graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2021 from McMaster University, specializing in finance. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Noah's business background involved flipping and transforming distressed Instagram accounts into profitable, cash-flowing assets. Venturing into real estate was a natural progression given Noah's skillsets.

After assisting dozens of clients in the Hamilton core, Noah has decided to expand his business to Caledon and the surrounding area to serve Land Developers, Luxury Clients, and First-Time Buyers! Noah has developed a strong bond with Caledon's nature trails and the surrounding farmland. He firmly believes that Caledon offers an amazing work-life balance with a hint of peace and serenity, often not found within an hour's drive to Toronto.

Clients choose to work with Noah for his intuition, honesty, and enthusiasm. Noah prides himself on giving clients the most precise and up-to-date feedback on the state of the market, its trends, comparable sales and property values. His clients need to have a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s market whether you are selling, investing or leasing. Simply put, Noah likes to underpromise and overdeliver.
